Yes. We prefer to meet you and your pet before the first booking so we can understand their routine and any special needs.

Will my dog be walked with other dogs?
Our starting service focuses on individual walks and dogs from the same household. We will discuss what works best for your dog.
Can you visit my cat while I’m on holiday?
Yes, subject to availability. We can discuss feeding, fresh water, litter trays and the routine your cat is used to.
Do you look after other small pets?
Please ask. We may be able to help with straightforward feeding and home visits for smaller household pets.
Do you offer boarding or overnight stays?
Not at present. Our advertised services are dog walking and visits to pets in their own homes.
Which areas do you cover?
Heathfield, Broad Oak, Cross in Hand, Horam and nearby villages, subject to availability and travel arrangements.
